Create a 3D image, animation, showing your original vision of a frozen world surrounded by waves.

1 - All entrants, must be registered on "www.Icevalleycorp.com" or by email using the address iwdac07@icevalleycorp.com.

2 - Multi-entries are allowed.

3- All elements of the final image must be without copyright and made by the participant.

4 - Team work is allowed but in case of a winning team, only one prize will be sent to the team.

5 - The final work must contain the 3D scene, 1 rendering 1280x720 pixel at 150 dpi minimum.

6 - Projects made for this contest cannot be sold.

7 - Submission of the project is to be no later than midnight of the last day. You must send your folder in a .ZIP library at this mail adress: IWDAC3D@icevalleycorp.com.

8- The use of compositing and retouching software on the image is acceptable.

9 - Final images received after the deadline will be eliminated from the contest.

10 - ICEVALLEYCORP reserves the right to publish all submitted work (or any part of it) in any media.

11 - Best entries will be displayed on the website www.icevalleycorp.com.

12 – The jury is composed of the icevalleycorp team and partners.

13 - Results will be announced on the www.icevalleycorp.com home page within 30 days of the close of the contest.

14- Contest cloture 20 April 2009 - 12PM

Créer une image, animation, en 3D montrant votre vision original d'un monde geler entouré par les flots.

1 - Inscription préalable sur le site www.icevalleycorp.com ou par mail sur iwdac07@icevalleycorp.com.

2 - Pas de limitations du nombre de projet.

3 - Tous les éléments de la scène doivent être entièrement Libre de droit et réaliser par le participant.

4 - Le Travaille en équipe est autorisé, en cas de victoire un seul lot par équipe.

5 - Fournis: Une scène 3D, 1 rendu largeur minimum 1280 pixels x 720 pixel à 150 Dpi ou supérieur au même ratio.

6 - Les projets créés pour ce concours ne peuvent pas êtres vendus.

7 - La remise de votre projet devra se faire au plus tard à minuit le jour de clôture du concours ! les dossiers sont à envoyer dans une librairie .ZIP à l'adresse mail du concours, IWDAC3D@icevalleycorp.com.

8 - les images peuvent subir des modifications avec un logiciel de retouche ou de compositing.

9 - Les images reçues après la date limite de participation seront considérées comme hors-concours.

10 - Icevalleycorp se réserve le droit d'afficher sur le web ou tout autres supports les images, ainsi que d'utiliser les fichiers ou composantes de ceux-ci.

11 - Une sélection des fichiers(=IMAGES) reçu seront afficher sur le Site "icevalleycorp.com" section IWDAC2008-09.

2- Multi-entries are allowed.

3- All elements of the final image must be without copyright and made by the participant.

4- Team work is allowed but in the case of a winning team, only one prize will be sent to the team.

5- Technical Obligation : Structure : .HTML complete, maximum width of 960 Pixel, Image format PNG (NOT JPEG) A plan of your structure. A WIP of your project explaining your starting point. Images of draft WIP sent before your final work will be put on-line on the site after selection. The evaluations are based on the quality of the overall definition, as well as programming, images, the site plan…

Sujet: Sea and Ice World

General Rules:

1. All entrants, including all team members, must be registered with "Ice valleycorp".

2. Team entrants must nominate a "Team Leader" who will be responsible for the allocation of prizes and all correspondence with the Challenge Organizers.

3. Employees and relatives of ICEVALLEY, sponsors and judges cannot compete in the challenge.

4. Individuals may not participate in more than one team.

5. Entries must be original and must remain unpublished outside of ICEVALLEY prior to the close of the challenge. Any entry deemed by the judges to be identical or substantially similar to any other entry previously entered will be disqualified as a derivative work.

6. Images must conform to nominal decency guidelines. Any image deemed to contain depictions of violence, and/or racial, political, religious, sexual material or any other inflammatory material in an inappropriate manner will be disqualified and removed. Interpretation of what is appropriate or inappropriate material is at the sole discretion of Ballistic Media and/or its appointed agents.

7. No late entries will be accepted. - Contest cloture 25 May 2008 - 12PM

8. ICEVALLEYCORP will not be held responsible for late entries for any reason whatsoever. It is the sole responsibility of the entrants to make reasonable allowances for download times and to plan accordingly.

9. Judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence appealing the decisions will be accepted.

10. Each entrant must furnish draft images of their work to prove they are the original author.

11. By entering artwork, animation and copy to the competition the entrant warrants that they are the sole copyright holder, or they have obtained the rights sufficient for the purpose of the competition.

12. ICEVALLEYCORP reserves the right to publish all submitted work (or any part of it) in any media.

13. Entrants must notify ICEVALLEY in writing at least one week prior to the publication of their work in any media.

14. Other than the rights assigned in the preceding clauses entrants retain copyright of all entered materials and are free to use said materials for personal promotions.

15. ICEVALLEY will not return any material submitted.

16. There is no agreement or contract between the artist and ICEVALLEY. The artist assumes all responsibility and costs for delivering images and other information required by the Publisher for consideration in the competition.

17. ICEVALLEY reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify or cancel the challenge in the case of circumstances beyond the company's control.

18. At least 10 completed entries must be submitted to any one category for the category to be considered viable to be judged.

19. This list of terms and conditions constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions and supersedes any prior terms and conditions, oral or written, and any other communications relating to these terms and conditions.

Bonjour, beaucoup, beaucoup de succès pour le lancement de notre 1er concours. Succès que nous n'avions espérer, plus de 600 inscriptions....
Dès le mois de Février nous commencerons en mettre en ligne sur le blog les premiers résultat reçu!!!
